1. Return Eligibility ?
We accept returns on unopened, unused, and sealed items within 30 days from the date of purchase. If your product meets these conditions, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. Please note that used or opened products cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
To initiate a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items ?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Opened or used products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
3. How to Return an Item ?
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@naturalhairfx.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please let us know if you’d like a refund or an exchange.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions on how to send the product back.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully package your return item(s) and send it to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
Please make sure to include your original order receipt and Return Authorization Number inside the package. Without this information, we may not be able to process your return.
4. Refunds ?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed, depending on your payment method.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Exchanges: If you’ve requested an exchange, we’ll send you a replacement item at no additional cost, based on availability.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
5. Damaged or Defective Items ?️
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly provide you with a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
To assist with your return, please provide us with photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.
6. Exchanges ?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the return process mentioned above. We will issue a refund once we receive your returned item, and you can place a new order for the product you’d like instead.
7. Return Shipping Costs ?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you’re shipping an item worth over $75, we suggest considering a shipping method with tracking or insurance to ensure it reaches us safely.
