After your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent so you can monitor delivery.

3. International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries.
Rates and delivery times depend on the destination.
Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping may be delayed during peak seasons (holidays, major sales).
Expedited shipping is not available for all international locations.
5. Missing or Lost Packages
NaturalHairFX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please check tracking details and contact your local carrier first.
