At NaturalHairFX, we offer a limited 30-day warranty on select hairpieces, covering excessive hair loss or shedding. Please carefully inspect your new hairpiece for any manufacturing inconsistencies prior to any alterations, cutting, or installation. This warranty period begins from the date your hairpiece is shipped.
Warranty Coverage

Should you experience hair loss or shedding exceeding 15% within the 30-day warranty period, we will arrange for repair through our factory at no additional cost.

Customers are responsible for securing their own replacement hairpieces during the repair process, as NaturalHairFX does not provide temporary replacements.

Repairs completed under this warranty do not extend or reset the original warranty period. We do not cover or guarantee any future hair loss after the initial repair.
Exclusions

This warranty is void if the hairpiece has been subjected to bleaching, coloring, perming, chemical treatments, or improper handling.

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a full refund (excluding shipping fees), the unit must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging components intact, including the plastic dome and netting.
Filing a Warranty Claim

If you experience hair loss or shedding within the warranty period, please contact our office immediately to initiate a claim.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the hairpiece to our office and must provide a tracking number.

Once we receive your hairpiece, we will reach out to you to confirm the start of the warranty process.

To maintain eligibility, the hairpiece must arrive within 10 days of filing the claim; claims without timely returns will be considered void.
